BARBER SHOP HYGIENE

BARBER SHOP HYGIENE is extremely important. Poor barber shop hygiene can result in infection for both barber and customer. Blood-born pathogens: bacteria, and deadly viruses like HIV-AIDS as well as parasites such as head-lice can all be transmitted in the barber shop in the absence of proper hygiene measures and practices.

Sanitization products may include barbicide for scissors and combs, spray disinfectants for hair clippers and edgers, and fumigants for closed compartments such as drawers containing tools as well as others.
